If you backorder items that are not in stock, you are responsible for separate shipping charges on those items.
If the total weight of the backorder is 2lbs or less shipping is free.
Paypal orders cannot have items added after they are placed.
If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price (minus a 15% restocking fee), an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 30 days of the date of invoice.
Credit memos are valid for 6 months after day of issue.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Pickers Parts. All returns/replacements require a Return Authorization number. (RA). To request an RA, please contact us by clicking the "Return Link" below. Please include your order number and email address when contacting us for returns.
Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. Special Orders, discontinued products, Pickers Parts close-outs, and installed pickups and/or pickguards are not returnable.
If you are a reseller of our products, the warranty is voided once you transfer ownership to a third party. We encourage everyone to closely inspect their order.
Please inspect the contents of your shipment upon receipt. If any part of the order is incomplete, please contact us within 7 days. Thank you and we appreciate your business.
